We want to implement Firefox on workstations running W2K, WinXp and Win7. WE want to prevent the user to access the browser address bar but do not want to run in Kiosk Mode.

We also want to prevent users from exiting that mode, or from adding toolbars. Basically, what we need is a kiosk mode but that is not FULL SCREEN.

Is this possible ? We've looked at some extensions but could not figure how to do it.

thank you Patrick

Probably the only way to achieve this is to run Firefox in a protected sandbox environment that only allows internet access and that doesn't allow access to local files.
