Yes, I see the same with Firefox 21 with the menu container.
It works OK for me with the Firefox 22 beta version and later, but is broken in the current Firefox 21 release.

You can consider to do a custom install of the Firefox 22 beta version or wait a few weeks until Firefox 22 gets released.

You will have to create a new profile for the beta version, so do not launch Firefox after installing the beta.

Can you post a link to a publicly accessible page that doesn't require authentication (signing on) where you see this and possibly add a screenshot?

Thank you very much. You were very helpful!

You're welcome.

Unfortunately these things can happen that only one Firefox version is affected by a possible regression.
Testing beta versions on websites can make it possible to notice such issues in advance.

I don't know what is wrong in this case.

Yes, it is weird, other sites use fw_menu.js and they work just fine. Go figure.
