I tried resetting both ways, neither worked. Luckily, I tried using Chrome, and that worked great, so I'm just going to use that full time.

Either it's not sending completely, or the computer will not allow it to send. Not much help, I know.

Other things print from the computer, just not things from firefox. We run a shipping program within firefox that uses pdfs within the brower, those print fine.

The first steps in troubleshooting printer problems usually are to check for odd Page Setup values, and reset the preferences Firefox has stored relating to that printer. Could you try this article: Fix printing problems in Firefox.
