I cannot see the address bar that is buried at the top of the page. My cursor will not go up above the top and will not force the page to come down. I have tried un-installing and re-installing, no help. I cannot use the site because I cannot get to the address bar. What can I do?

you've probably also hit the F11 key before - it just toggles between full-screen and normal mode.
