I have FireFox on both a linux partition and a windows partition. When I try to access a "yaooo screen" video in linux I get an error message :

         "Oops! Something went wrong.

Please check your internet connection or try reloading the video. Otherwise, check out one of these related videos:" If I run FireFox in windows 7, and attempt to run the same video, it runs perfectly.

FireFox does not crash so there is no FireFox crash report to send. Only the video driver for the Yahoo Screen videos crashes with the above error message.

Frank,

To clarify, are you using Wubi or do you actually have Linux and Windows on their own partitions/drives (ex. C drive is for Linux, D drive is for Windows)

Can you send a screenshot? You can use the Screenshot application on Linux or use the terminal with a delay of 5 seconds to get your screen ready.

  • Open Terminal (CTRL key + ALT key + A) and type gnome-screenshot -d 5

Save and upload it here.
