There has been a window menu icon on the title bar of windows applications. I just updated to Firefox 29.0 and y'all have removed it. I want it back (not to mention the old-school status bar; and yes, I have status-4-evar and Firefox 29.0 has screwed that up now too).

The Titlebar is turned off by default. Open Customize in the Menu Panel and click on Titlebar to toggle it on.

Menu bar visible; application icon not visible. Disappeared with install of Firefox 29.0. See included screen capture. This is not a Windows system settings problem either. Application icon present on all other applications.
