I get an access denied error page when trying to login to anything at att like email or myatt. Such links are also not working from the "currently" page. All other tabs sites work fine. And I can get my att email on my phone just fine too. What is the problem/fix?

After updating to FF 132.0.1, my homescreen shortcuts are no longer visible or accessable. Could you please advise what I must do to restore them? Thank you in anticipation, Peter Palmer

I get this Message Box when Firefox loads.

Not compatible with the latest version. Error Platform Error version 132.0 is not compatible with Min and Max. Try to Reinstall.

Did that and got the same Version and the same error message.

Setting for "Download" FORCE duplicate saving of ALL downloads. I have tried every setting combo possible AND set 'ASK" for ALL files but NO MATTER what FOLDER I chose to download a file to it ALWAYS saves a DUPLICATE in my DOWNLOAD folder. In settings it is IMPOSSIBLE to leave the "Where to Save" Field EMPTY. I download MANY FILES a day and this requires me to VERIFY 1) did the file really go to MY selected choice and the time of download and is the DUPLICATE that was FORCED to my "DOWNLOAD" folder actually go ONLY there. After doing an update on my macbook air, I opened firefox and selected restore previous session (which was a selectable option). However, the window does not appear anywhere, even though when I click on the icon in the dock, it shows that the window exists (so my session was correctly restored, but its not visible at present). Any help?

Using FF on a Mac (latest OS)... trying to delete an item or archive it and nothing happens. It doesn't go away. Deletes from my iPhone but the change doesn't show up on the browser... the item is still there.

I've had an issue on my Mac Mini since (I think) I bought it ~1.5 years ago. Firefox essentially stops responding randomly. When it happens, I can usually still scroll through the page, but I'm unable to click on any links on it. Other things like hovering over things that might change color also stops working. When it happens, it happens to all tabs that are open. It usually eventually comes back on it's own after a couple minutes. The weird thing is as soon as I load any other external application, even something as simple as Settings or Preview, Firefox will immediately spring back to life. Only a couple common addons (Ublock Origin) but it happens even with all add-ons disabled. It's sporadic, sometimes I can go all day without it happening, other times it happens every few minutes.

It's persisted through 3 different OS upgrades and countless Firefox versions. I've tried everything I can find about troubleshooting Firefox on mac and nothing works. It's not a resource thing as it happens with only Gmail open sometimes and Firefox being the only thing running. I'm at a loss and looking for anything that might help. I've never seen this issue on other Macs I've used Firefox with.

it is a long time i'm using firefox about 5 years but it's a year that i finished recently i noticed that when i don't login it is good after that i found out on linux i can and now today again the problem persisi i'm in a safe environment and all things work except firerfox

The presentation of the app “EML Viewer” for NextCloud isn't useful in Firefox and therefore “EML Viewer”/"NextCloud" cannot be used with Firefox. MS Edge and Chrome display the content better (correctly). Best regards Ralf

Die Dartsellung der App "EML Viewer" für NextCloud ist in Firefox nicht sinnvoll und damit "EML Viewer"/"NextCloud" nicht nutzbar. MS Edge und Chrome zeigen den Inhalt besser (korrekjt) an. Viele Grüße Ralf

Good morning since the latest version firefox 130.0.1 for PC the operation of certain sites is not correct. For example: airbnb site or centralepneu site. this Pb is specific to certain sites, others work perfectly. a test on the 2 sites mentioned with Firefox on mobile version 130.0.3 ==> correct operation. a test on these same site with microsoft edge ==> correct operation. Test with another PC and Firefox 130.0.1 same observation Firefox does not work on the sites mentioned (airbnb and centralpneu) but edge or opera works correctly. It therefore appears that the operation of version 130.0.1 of Firefox presents malfunctions. Is a new corrective version in progress? and for when? Without correction from Mozilla Firefox it is likely that I would change browsers

Hi All. Not sure if anyone came across same issue.

Installed the latest version. Whenever the app is launched, windows comes up on the front screen but I am not able to interact with the browser at all. I can press and expand the menu options, but not able to launch anything... Same happens with the search bar - only able to navigate to address bar, when typing in the address and pressing Enter, bar goes back to 'blank' and doesn't load any page. Tried different versions of the app, installing it from the download page as EXE and from MS Store as and app. Same issue persist in each scenario. The issue seems to be related only to Firefox despite having Chrome and Edge available on the device and both working just fine.

I am using Dell Laptop with Windows 10 (22H2) OS.

Any troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

I just got a prompt window asking me to allow firefox to make changes on my device for updates which I accidently shut down without deciding to allow "yes or no".

I guess I can't recover the prompt window in any way so I tried to check for updates manually in the settings and apparently i'm updated anyway. So I wonder if I missed something important by not allowing "firefox to make changes" or am I good as long as it says "no updates" in the settings?

After starting up I can no longer fill in the input field at "Search". Not with Outlook, Excel, Startpage ... everywhere.

When I restart the laptop, it works again.

I woke up this morning to find every single one of my passwords missing. It was so sudden that I could still go to a page and the usernames would still pop up for the log in, but the entire password database is empty.

I am just in a complete panic and shock, I had so much info in there.

I have a bunch of logins.json and a couple logins.json corrupt from around 2:26 this morning which I guess is when the system restarted.

is there anything I can do at all?
