How to retrieve deleted emails from the trash folder

My inbox emails were deleted by accident and the trash folder deleted as well. Is there a way to retrieve deleted emails from the trash folder.

or the addon by Kaosmo Recover deleted messages It can recover unless you have compacted the folders
