For 2 days now I have had intermittent issues logging onto wellsfargo.com (Secure connection failed) and once I am successful logging in I will be kicked out of the site because of security reasons/non-activity when I am still actively searching accounts and account information. Yesterday Wells Fargo on-line banking rep said it is a Mozilla /Fire Fox issue and said cache needs to be cleared. Today a WFB online banking rep said they are aware of log in issues through Mozilla/Fire Fox and are working on it. Can I please find out what is going on and if I need to do anything with my Fire Fox program.

Hi EBR7, It sounds like they may still be working on this issue. Updates on this issue will come from them. However I am also aware that when you sign into their banking site that there is a timed session that will log you out if there is no activity for a certain amount of time.
