Sometimes Firefox blocks WebGL for older graphics drivers or one that are known to cause crashes.

You can share your graphics information with us by copying it from the support information page and pasting it into a reply. (It may look a bit messy, but that's okay):

• "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Troubleshooting Information
• (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
• type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter

Scroll down to the Graphics section and you can select the whole table with the mouse.

Or, since we'll probably suggest this as the next step anyway, could you check this article to see whether you can find an update from a safe source: Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL.

Looks like this is your problem. WebGL Renderer Blocked for your graphics driver version. And this might be part of it. Asynchronous Pan/Zoom none

Look for (and install) updated graphics drivers.
