Hi, just wanted to share that it was indeed that EDUAPP making the problem in all browsers. I installed the application suggested (Reason Core Security) made a full scan wich identified EDUAPP and then removed it from computer. The problem was still there but after restarted the PC and the problem is gone now, and the page loads normal. Thank you very much jscher2000 and FredMcD for all support !

I would focus on security/privacy/firewall software as the most likely explanation for issues occurring in all browsers.
Some suggestions for me to start with?

What security software are you running?
Any "parental control" software or other filters?
No, nothing atm.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?
Hi, i started Firefox in Safe mode, still the same the problem was there. However i started my computer in safe mode with networking and then after i opened the site and was working properly. Any thoughts?
It may be a little arduous, but you could use the Windows Task Manager, Processes list, to compare what is running in Windows Safe Mode with Network versus a standard Windows startup. One way to open the Task Manager is Ctrl+Shift+Esc.
Hi, here are the screenshots of Windows Task Manager, Processes in normal mode and in safe mode with networking.
I'm sorry, it's hard to recognize some of these image names.
In the regular session, could you use the Ver (View) menu, Select Columns, and add "Command Line" and expand that wide enough to see what folder the program is loading from?
Also, you may need to click the button at the bottom which will show all the processes started by other users (e.g., SYSTEM).
Hi, gere are the screenshots, hope that are as requested. Sinceit was a big list, i printed 2.
Thanks, I don't recognize a lot of those, but one sticks out as something you probably want to remove, which is Edu App.

Thanks for the update. I didn't realize the site was promoting a paid cleaning app. I hope a purchase wasn't necessary just for this, since there are many free cleaning tools listed in our support article "Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware."
And maybe it's a good time to upgrade your real-time security defenses.
Hi, it was not necessary to buy it, the trial version worked fine, and i agree about the upgrade for real time security defenses. Once again Thank You !
