Can I reply to messages without including the incoming message with the reply?
In Microsoft Outlook there is an option to include incoming message with reply, or not to include the incoming message. Is there an option in Thunderbird? I cannot find it in Options.

It is not in Options. You need to look under Account Settings and must be set per account. Right click the account in the Folder Pane Select Settings. Then Composition and Addressing
