In Firefox Options->Advanced->General->Accessibility, there is an option "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page"

how do I split this functionality.

I have some websites that need to reload to update content that is changing rapidly. however, I do not want any sites allowed to redirect to a different page.

To me these two functions should be separate and programmable so that an individual can select if a site is to be allowed to reload or redirect.

Is this possible without having to use something like "noscript" (workable, but hard to train users on what to allow and what not).
