Why do I have to log into Pocket every time I start Firefox?

Back in the days when Pocket was and add on it would remember my Pocket user name and password. Whenever I opened Firefox I could just start saving pages for reading later without having to log in with my Pocket credentials.

Ever since Pocket was integrated into Firefox, I am asked to log in every time I open Firefox, so at least once a day. Very annoying.

How can I go back to the old behavior? Note I do not have a Firefox account and I don't want to use one. So that is not a solution for me.

Thanks so much!

Hi, I don't use Pocket, but make sure that there isn't a tick/check box to remember your login details. Also, that sort of thing is usually saved in a cookie, so please see this article to check your cookie settings and make sure they are enabled - Settings for privacy, browsing history and do-not-track.
