Firefox Commad Line Option Suggeston
Looking at the list of Firefox command line arguments I think there is one option missing.
I would like to see an argument "-bookmarks" added.
EXAMPLE: Using "firefox.exe -bookmarks" would open the Bookmarks Menu directly.
USES: Add a link to Windows Favorites using the above command-line would take you directly to Firefox's Bookmarks.

You can add the -chrome switch with either of these chrome URLs to open the Library or the bookmarks as seen in the bookmarks sidebar to the target field of the Firefox desktop shortcut.
- chrome://browser/content/places/places.xul
- chrome://browser/content/bookmarks/bookmarksPanel.xul
- "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -chrome chrome://browser/content/places/places.xul
- "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -chrome chrome://browser/content/bookmarks/bookmarksPanel.xul
Note that only the Shockwave Flash plugin and Silverlight plugins are enabled for 64 bit Firefox versions for Windows. If you need to use other plugins like Java or media players then install the 32 bit Firefox release.
Using '.....\firefox.exe" -chrome chrome://browser/content/bookmarks/bookmarksPanel.xul' works somewhat. But the window ALWAYS opens collapsed. I have to drag the window bigger to get what I wanted.
So "Was this Helpful..." is "Somewhat"
Your answer still begs the question, why don't you have a native "-bookmarks" switch to open bookmarks in a full list (like when you click [Bookmarks] within Firefox)?
