I have three major folders under "Other Bookmarks", with numerous subfolders. One of the three folders is gone, vanished, disappeared without a trace - after applying the latest Firefox update.

Is there a way to undo the update? Maybe that would bring back this folder.

I found that I could actually restore bookmarks from earlier, without having my own backup. Firefox seems to take a daily backup for bookmarks - how nice! It's in Library, under Import and Backup\Restore. I have now restored my missing folder and everything seems to be in order. I can only hope that all my bookmarks have been preserved.

Nevertheless, this last Firefox update seems to have a bug! Who knows what else has gone wrong!
