I was viewing the Drudge Report when all of a sudden the browser went crazy and just kept reloading. I could not stop it even when I shut the computer off it did it again as the Drudge Report is my home page. It has done this on other occasions also but I was able to stop it by restarting. This time it just continues...do you know what happened?
