All of my links are in Samfind which I have used for years. I can still go to a Samfind webpage and see my links but the addon will not install on the Firefox Quantum. Can I export them from the Samfind website into Firefox somehow? I really need that type of bookmarks manager to function.

I have this problem as well

The only thing I could do was recreate all of the links in bookmark folders and show the bookmarks folder under the address bar. If you go to your Samfind online page you will see all of your links. in each category is show all links in that category then at the end there is a button to open all of those links. Click that and they will all open. Then right click on a tab and select Bookmark All Tabs. Change the dropdown from Bookmarks Menu to Bookmarks Toolbar and name the folder. Then right click on your samfind page tab and select Close all tabs to the right. Then you have to rename and reorder them. It was the only solution I could come up with and it is not as good as Samfind.

Copy all the links as you say if they are Displayed in HTML Paste them to a Notepad and save as HTML (make sure that extensions are showing in so it does not get saved as <name>.txt.html Just save it as HTML So now can open in your own browser as a list or Export your Bookmarks as HTML https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer Save a copy some where else as never work with original files.

Click the Exported Bookmarks.html file then right Click and opem with Notepad and the same with your Download Links you saved and Copy/Paste to the bottom of your Bookmarks.html and then save.

Then Import back into Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/import-bookmarks-html-file Now reorder where you want them. Put them in a Folder ....

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I got all of the links back but this does not solve the matter that Simfind was a very important part of how I shared my bookmarks across multiple devices. How do I do that now?
