New Quantum upgrade is totally unusable. Pages are slow to load, and scrolling constantly freezes. Memory usage is over 1 gig with only 3 tabs open. Using 25% of a quad core i7... Uninstalling and reverting to Chrome.

I have some some issues where people are not using the latest version of Windows. Have you installed the Windows 10 Fall creator's update? I've seen several cases where installing that new update makes Firefox much faster.

Also, make sure you have the latest graphics driver as well.

System completely up to date including drivers and windows version., this isn't the problem..... Chrome, IE, and even Edge work without issue...

Still slow and unresponsive, and my graphics drivers are up to date as previously advised. Confused why non-standard settings would improve things?

Alright, and let's try this: Follow the steps at Firefox's performance settings and set your number of content processes to 1
