On a Mac, tried to come back to firefox after many years but is there no way now to import my passwords from Chrome to Firefox?

On the support pages there are supposed to be: 1) an Import button on Password Manager - not there for Mac 2) Import password check box for when you import data - no there for Mac (only importing bookmarks etc)

Can I not use the csv file from Chrome in any way?

This seems to be a pretty significant way to deter anyone wanting to try a new switch, not on Windows.

Hi, unfortunately no as Firefox uses a compress java format .json

There are no buttons that I have seen for any OS to do this.

Take a screenshot of your exposed passwords and input them.

Find a Password manager that will allow export from Chrome to Firefox from the Chrome store in the format that works for the manager.

There is also Norton not listed here but can find it of search above URL.
