with reinstalling thunderbirb i lost all my folders and adressbock , how can i retrive them
was in europe and could not send or get any mail. while reinstalling thunderbird i lost my folders with important information. is there any way to get them back?

windows key +R type %appdata%\Thunderbird\profiles
what folders show in the file manager? most specifically is there more than one.
thanks, but it did not work. windows could not find the files.
so when you hit the ok or enter key with %appdata%\Thunderbird\profiles in the windows run dialog box what happened?
When I do it windows file explorer opens and shows me the profiles folder inside the appdata\roaming\thunderbird folder.
everyone that installs thunderbird has that folder, so I am assuming you did not type in the text correctly.
