Have always been used to having tabs below the address bar. Firefox 80 has it above, so how do I put it below the address bar. Thanks.

Hi maxaira, what version of Firefox were you using before the update?

In Firefox 57-80, you can rearrange the toolbar order using style rules in a userChrome.css file. That's probably how you have been doing it, and it should have just continued working.

Did your Firefox perform a Refresh during your update? The tell-tale sign is a new folder on your desktop named Old Firefox Data. Hang on to that folder if you find it.

Hi, I was using the one previous to 80, though admittedly I had used another one on a more regular basis until one page did some updating which was not handled well by the different browser. So not being all that up on the type of suggestion that you’re giving to me, i.e. “…using style rules in a userChrome.css file…” I have no idea what that means so if you could elaborate a little, that would be much appreciated.

Hi Jim, maybe we are talking about different things. I was thinking of the tabs that appear in the title bar, one for each open page. There is an optional Bookmarks Toolbar to display bookmarks below the address bar. Is that what you're missing? See: Bookmarks Toolbar - Display your favorite websites at the top of the Firefox window.

Otherwise, you must be somewhat familiar with userChrome.css files, or maybe you had someone else set that up on your Firefox?
