I have set up filters to place emails from one sender into a sub-folder in my inbox. This way all messages from his organization are kept separate from the main inbox. I would like to have all replies to his messages to go in the same sub-folder. I know I can add each individual email address into the filter manually.

Is there a way to cut and paste a long list of email addresses into the filter? I only see a way to add them one at a time.

In the Tools/Message Filters window, select the filter that runs on the Inbox, click the chevron next to New..., Copy.., to make a copy of the filter, and change the rule From to To. That new filter can then be run manually on the Sent folder. If you sort each sender into separate folders, this would have to be done for each filter.

If you were sorting multiple senders into a common folder, the initial rule would be From + is in my address book + <address book with the multiple senders>.
