I want to save my credit cards in Firefox, but I cannot find the option this article refers to:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/credit-card-autofill

I only have "logins and passwords" there, not "forms and auto-fill".

Am I missing something? Does Firefox even save credit cards for international users or not?

Thanks!

Sounds like you missed this section from that article.

Note: The credit card autofill feature is available starting in Firefox version 81 and is currently available only for US and Canada Firefox releases.

Where are you?

The new Form Autofill feature is rolled out gradually starting with Firefox users in the US region (i.e. not en-US Firefox version).

You can force the form autofill and credit card autofill feature by modifying some extensions.formautofill prefs on the about:config page, but no guarantee that these features is working properly.

  • extensions.formautofill.available = "on" (String)
  • extensions.formautofill.creditCards.available = true (Boolean)
  • extensions.formautofill.creditCards.enabled = true (Boolean)
  • extensions.formautofill.creditCards.hideui = false (Boolean)

Close and restart Firefox after changing these prefs.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can click the button to "Accept the Risk and Continue".

Hi,

Is there any roadmap on when this feature will be added to versions outside of the US? This is one of the only things that is stopping me from using Firefox permanently.
