Add-ons do not appear on the Tool Bar or in Customize Tool Bar
I had numerous lockup issues with Firefox. Win 10 64bit. I refreshed it and that problem went away. But, when I download Adblock Plus and 404 bookmarks no icon appears for them, either on the toolbar or when I try to customize the toolbar. It acts as if they are already there, but they are not. The previous installation had no such issues. So...help is needed. There are sites where I need to turn off the Adblock to use helpful popups.

You can use the new extensions button to pin extension icons to the toolbar.
