A page pops up when I start Thunderbird

After I boot my computer and start Thunderbird, It starts my firefox browser and loads this page https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/115.0/holidayeoy/

I cant get it to stop doing this. What weird is if I shut down thunderbird and restart it the above page dosnt show up. It only pops up after I boot my computer and run thunderbird the first time. I also deleted all cookies but didnt help. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

sounds to me like you windows is serving up an old copy of Thunderbird profile at each reboot. I have head of this with shadow copy and disk corruption.

I suggest you look at trying to check the disks integrity using chkdsk. See https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/disk-check-windows-10-chkdsk/c1f2fb49-7b71-409d-b713-6c10a28c9e51
