unable to log in
keep getting error message unable to log in, please update your password, i am using a working password. i click on retry several times and it eventually logs in.

Do you have an antivirus program scanning mail. Try disabling that.
do not have any other than the one that comes with windows, it only happens on desktop computer, does not happen on laptop, they are set up exactly the same,
