Hi I'm trying to recover a google account but that thing is only giving me an option to send a verification code to an old phone # that i used to have , i stop using that # two years ago. I have tryed every single way to recover it but always, always ends up wanting to send a verification code to my old phone number that I don't have anymore. I have tryed contact support but is so dam hard to contact them and when i finally do they are no help at all they offer same thing i have done millions of times and it doesn't work… is there a way you guys can help me recover it or contact google support or can you guys please send them an email and tell them my situation please and to contact me at (*@gmail.com) and the account i want to recover is (*@gmail.con) thank you

Hi Jhona, unfortunately we don't have the power to recover Google accounts but maybe we can find you a better contact form to reach them at. Google is very strict about what it needs to know before letting you recover a account. Even I have lost a Google account and tried every single way I knew how to recover it. Sometimes you lose a Google account no matter what you do. I'm really sorry about that since you could have photos & many other important things in there.

I think the best method is to attach a secondary email to Google for recovery. I hope they still allow that. Then you can send a password reset there.

Can I ask you how you found us to ask for help with your Google account recovery? We have noticed recently a lot of people coming here asking many questions about Google accounts and Google account recovery but we only have the power to help with Mozilla made products (Firefox, Firefox for Android/iOS, Focus, Thunderbird) and accounts on Mozilla.org.

Did you do a Google search for Google account recovery and this website was the first result? Any answers you give about that would be a huge help. Thank you!
