Looks like this is an issue of an outdated extension.
Try following WickedGirl's advice in this thread: when will digital persona fingerprint work on firefox 3.6?
Get an updated version of that program from the DigitalPersona website.
Try to update that plugin (extension) to the latest version. http://www.digitalpersona.com/support/overview/ - digitalPersona::Support Overview
