can i run firefox as a password sensitive browser?
As an admin I want to be able to be able to track the browsing by my staff. They should not be able to change the settings in the privacy tab. Please help me.

Sorry, I don't understand what you want to do - "password sensitive browser"?
See if addon helps you accomplish what you want to do.

I have never used it myself, so I can't comment about it, but it does say that it "Prevent browser changes.
Locks down Add-ons, Preferences ..."
Note that any extension that is used to accomplish this can easily be overridden by starting Firefox in Safe mode
