tool bar has shrunk to left top of screen. The top of the page is missing background, transparent
toolbar is all jammed into top left side of screen. Top inch of screen is showing the page below, (my wallpaper screen) This occurred after the last update. I can't figure out how to fix it.

Can you attach a screenshot?
Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
