I cannot import my bookmarks from Internet Explorer. The option is grayed out. When I installed Firefox, it asked if I wanted to import my settings and I checked yes, but I have no bookmarks at all and no import option to try and import them again.

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode.

You enter Private Browsing mode if you select: Tools > Options > Privacy > History: Firefox will: "Never Remember History"

To see all History and Cookie settings, choose: Tools > Options > Privacy, choose the setting Firefox will: Use custom settings for history

How wonderful. Thank you. I have bookmarks. Thank you so much. You'd think that would be written down somewhere. I searched Help and didn't find it.
