I don't know what's happened to Mozilla's customer support. At least IE responds to inquiries. I've gotten no response from email question and for almost 2 weeks whenever I go to chat, it's closed. Not that I think you care, but I'm going to Chrome if no response to this. Never thought I'd see this day come.

1. updates crash 2. going to newer version removes some of the add-ons I like the most.
