lost sync
hello, after my hdd crashed i lost all mystuf including my ff sync, my problem is after request new sunc key i also lost all my favorites , is it possible to bring back the favorites of 3days ago ?

Whether or not the Sync servers have a backup of your data doesn't really make a difference with a hardware failure, your expectations of the Sync service isn't the way it really works.
Sorry, but you deleted your own data that was on the Sync server when you generated a new Sync Key. You need to better prepared for hardware or software failure by having backups of your data and with Sync, knowing your account name, account password, and the Sync / Recovery Key.

Sorry, when you get a new Sync Key your data is wiped from the Sync server as a security precaution.
Do you have any other non-mobile devices (like a different desktop PC or a laptop) connected to that Sync account? If so, your data is on that other device.
If not, keep in mind that Sync is not intended to be a "backup medium" for your Firefox data, it is intended to synchronize your Firefox data among multiple devices.

no this is my only device witch suck , thats why i though , mostly servers hads a backup but seems firefox sync dont, im sad, i had alot bookmarks and most i dont even remember by name, i used to have a 2nd pc but not anymore,
