I have tried defrag, registry defrag, disk cleanup, registry cleaner, uninstall firefox. install firefox, temporary file cleaner, file cleaner, internet file cleaner, temporary files cleaner, clear cache, registry fixer and all of the items listed by firefox under help. I have not reinstalled windows 7. Other www sites work OK. Can anyone come up with a solution to installing java in firefox as interactive charts and video does not work in firefox? Thanks
