After I sign on and click on an item, before it comes up I get an addvertizement on my screen.
After I sign in the first screen that comes up has a list of about 12 items that made the news in the last few days.
When I click to read the item a add comes up.
This only happens the first time I sign on.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
