how do i get norton identity safe to go on firefox6.??

i got firefox free and i need to have norton 360 idenity safe to work and firefox says its incompatible. need help.

That's because you are using an ancient version of Firefox that norton addons won't work with anymore.

Update Firefox to 17.0, Update Firefox to the latest release. It's free and easy.

Then, update your Norton.
