Customizing homepage
Every time I open Firefox, three windows open. 1 with a video, 1 with a blank page and 1 with a search engine. NONE of these are my original homepage I had with Firefox. I tried re setting my homepage and no matter which solution I follow from the forums, the solution only works as long as I have the browser open. As soon as I close Firefox, everything resets and Firefox opens with the same three windows and none of them are my home page.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- TDSSKiller - AntiRootkit Utility
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

This did not start happening until the new Firefox Browse was loaded onto my computer. Every since the new browser came on, there has been nothing but problems with Firefox.
