Using Windows XP. Since you have adopted your "aggressive release cycle" approach, with every upgade to FireFox, you have broken compatibility with the "Plain Old Favorites" extension. In the Version 3 releases, all I had to do was add the contents of a locally installed extension into the global "Mozilla FireFox/extensions" folder and the extension was inherited by all users. Since then it appears that I have to separately install any new add-ons on a per-user basis, which is a real pain. Tell me this isn't so. This has implications for any corporate installers as well. Why lack of Firefox support for "Plain Old Favorites" and the programmer maintaining it? I would have thought it should be a default plugin for Windows users so that FireFox can integrate with the Windows Task Bar "Favorites" extension. It is much easier to to provide a link to Favorites in your "Start Menu" bar than use FireFox Bookmarks.
