Firefox 35.0.1 Windows 7 64 bit Adobe Acrobat 10 and Nitro 9.5 Plugins do NOT work Error 404

Have Adobe Acrobat 10.1.13 and Nitro 9.5.2.29.
Have read all your articles about settings up the plugins but neither will work with Firefox.
IE11 had no problem.
Why do you make your software so heard to work with and so hard to get support?

Do I understand this correctly. If you use the named plugins sites give a 404 error but with the plugins the sites do not ?
- Is that correct ?
- Are you able to provide some sample sites addresses that are public and demonstrate this problem ?
