You can remove selected categories of history and personal data from Firefox for Android from within Firefox. You can clear ALL settings and personal data from Firefox for Android using Android's app management screen: Settings > Apps > Firefox > "Clear data" button But if you are looking for something more selective like the desktop Refresh feature, I'm not aware of a way to do that.
