Hello, I can't run Firefox, because it keeps crushing continuously at the startup. Safe mode is not working too.

I check files in the crash report and found that id : Crash ID: bp-6800652f-0101-47cb-b035-bafa02151124 Crash ID: bp-d1a81eaf-107b-49cf-b9c8-63b282151124 (There are a few more, but just added latest 2 of them)

That pc provided by our company and has many default softwares on it. Firefox was working fine up to a few days ago. If you need any assistance i will try to do my best.

Info : Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit os Lenova X1 Carbon notebook

Kind regards. Tolgay

hi Tolgay, this seems to be a crash caused by the websense endpoint security software that's active on your device.

in case you are able to install software yourself, you could try if switching to the extended support release of firefox (that's 38.4.0 at the moment) can fix the issue (as we often get reports that websense isn't working correctly with the most recent release builds): https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/

otherwise you might have to get in contact with your IT department about this issue and see if they can deploy an update for websense...
