HI,

I have noticed that when using the reply all button to respond to certain messages it creates a yellow anchor that appears at the beginning of the threaded emails below where i type my reply.

When that happens I am unable to send the message - it just hangs and errors out.

I can not figure out what is causing this.

any insight is appreciated.

Thanks - I did look at those - and it doesn't exactly address the issue. Scenario - Person A sends a message Person B chooses reply - in the new reply message, Person A's original message appears with the yellow anchor in front of it. The problem arises when Person B goes to send - it will not go. the only way to get it to send is to delete the entire original message from the reply.
