Where is the menu on my Firefox. There is nothing on top.
Downloaded Firefox but nothing is on top. No Menu. Where is it? I finally got Bookmarks in the top right corner, but where is Menu?

You can tap the Alt key or press the F10 key to show the hidden Menu Bar temporarily.
- View -> Toolbars
Also make sure that you aren't in Full Screen mode (press F11 to toggle).

You are running a very, very old Firefox version - as you have a lot of plugins, you will need an ESR version, which you can download from here :

If you still don't see the 3-bar menu button : please let us know.
Your system details show two versions of Shockwave Flash, which can cause major problems. So, please uninstall them .
Uninstaller : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
Then re-install the latest version, which is 27.0.0.187 You can download te latest version from here : https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Note : some 'extras' may be offered in the download.

F10 showed me the edit, cut, etc. But all my saved bookmarks in my older firefox are now GONE!!!!!! Not happy!! Why did they change Firefox so badly?
Do you mean that you do not see any bookmarks in the Bookmarks Manager (Library)?
If that is the case then see if there are backups available.
- Bookmarks -> Show All Bookmarks -> Import & Backup -> Restore
You can check if you have an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop in case the Refresh feature in Firefox has been used and a new profile has been created.

You can add the "Bookmarks Menu" button that shows the bookmarks in a drop-down list to the Navigation Toolbar via these steps:
- click the bookshelf icon on the Navigation Toolbar or alternatively use the Library menu in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list
- click Bookmarks
- click "Bookmarking Tools", then click "Add Bookmarks Menu to Toolbar"
You can also drag the Bookmarks Menu button from the Customize palette to the Navigation Toolbar
