Which version will run on the Chrome OS
I am suddenly unable to access by ATT e-mail. The password resets don't work. ATT recommends using FireFox, but I don't know which version to download for a Samsung Chromebook model XE303C12-A01 US. Can you help me?

A Chromebook is a laptop running the Linux-based Chrome OS as its operating system. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromebook / https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chrome_OS
The desktop Firefox from www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ is only for Windows (7,8,10), Mac OSX 10.9+ and Linux. https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/57.0.2/system-requirements/
You may be able to install the Android version of Firefox 57 on the Chromebook.

I haven't used a Chromebook at all but from my understanding, if your Chromebook supports installing Android apps then you can install it Firefox via the Play Store. Looking at the list of systems that support this, your machine doesn't allow this but give the steps at https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/7021273?vid=0-438409934837-1514483852649 a try.
I have a Samsung Chromebook Version 3. How do i do I download a version of Firefox for it? I need someone to walk me through the process. Android is not the correct version.

Did you not see my reply?
The desktop Firefox will Not work however you may be able to run the Android Firefox version on the Chrome OS device.
The only other possible option is you may be able to dual boot with certain Linux distros and then you can use the distro provided build of Firefox. This will be slower.

ATT probably thought you were using a PC or laptop with a Windows OS to use the desktop Firefox.
This article I linked to earlier explains the way to install the Android Firefox on Google Play as it seems like your device is supported with article mentioning "Samsung Chromebook 3" in list.
