I just let Firefox restart itself to complete the most recent update. Upon doing so, I went to find a file I downloaded a week ago and all of the files in the download page are inaccessible and say "file moved or missing". These files were not saving to my downloads file folder for whatever reason, so I think they are treated as history and bookmark files. Is there any way I can access these downloads again?

Did you download the file to save, or did you view the file?

A file that is viewed is downloaded but saved to temporary storage. Such files get cleaned out by the system sooner or later.

If you saved the file, it should remain until you do something with it.

An update should not cause this kind of issue. Did you use the system file browser?
