No puedo abrir los enlaces referidos a telegram, me aparece este mensaje ¨Invalid URL The requested URL "http://%5bNo%20Host%5d/CandyOfficialBot?", is invalid.

He desactivado el antivirus y sigo igual, me ocurre con enlaces que dirigen a telegram, me ocurre con la mayoria de ellos. Como puedo hacer para que funcionen?
