I use light theme but websites keep loading some weird dark background. How to fix it

I use light theme, but many websites load a grey black ground before changing into white, some keep staying in grey or black(like cambridge dictionary), the most website like cambridge dic does NOT give users the ability to change the black ground. I don't mess with setting but this happened. Please help

Hi,

Several people in the past have fixed a similar issue by simply turning any theme on and off again.
