full screen version does not show the privacy button. on smaller screen it shows up! is there an intrusion? how do i get it back? so as to surf net and not be followed. it is sensitive surfing.

Hi, I'm not sure which button you're referring to.

If you mean the mask icon that indicates a private browsing window, if you are not showing the top bar of the browser, then you won't see that icon.

Maybe you mean something different. Firefox's private browsing mode prevents saving history to your computer, but it does not make you anonymous or invisible on the internet. That requires other tools.
