There is no need to ask, just try it and see what happens. Are you running 96.0.3? If you tried it, what happen? If you have issue with the toolbar you will need to ask Trend Micro. https://helpcenter.trendmicro.com/en-us/article/tmka-18385

I am running 96.0.3. There is no option to try it and I can't find anywhere that I can force it.

You will need to ask Trend Micro about your issue.

Other postings on the internet suggest both are working on it. Has Firefox walked away from it. If so I need to walk away from Firefox and go to Chrome. I would hate to do that.

From looking at their website it would appear that it's an option, but if the Security software is not working then you will need to ask Trend Micro.

I find it strange that you think Firefox has walked away from something that Trend Micro offers. Again, any issues with the toolbar not working you will need to contact Trend Micro.

Again, other postings said it was being worked on together and now I am being deflected to Micro Trend. That's why the "Firefox walking away from it" statement. I have reached out to Micro Trend as well.

Odd that Chrome and Edge can support Trend Micro but Mozilla can't? I simply stopped using Firefox on sites that I deem essential to everyday activities. I only use it on mundane sites not requiring passwords that I would routinely store in TM Password Manager.
